The Ohio Revised Code authorizes the Board to investigate compliance with the laws and rules governing the practice and to investigate alleged grounds for discipline of a license or refusal to issue a license. The following documents include an explaination of the complaint and investigation process and the actual form needed to file a complaint against a licensee.
The following documents list the formal board actions taken by the Board during the given month. At the end of the calendar year, the monthly reports will be consolidated into a single document listing all actions taken by the Board in the year.
